Born in November 1951 in Qufu, Shandong Province, Yanggu, Shandong, professor, doctoral tutor. From September 1973 to September 1976, he studied mathematics at Northwest Normal University. From October 1978 to January 1982, he was admitted to the Department of Mathematics of Lanzhou University to pursue a master's degree in algebra and obtained a master's degree in science from Lanzhou University.
